這是間期待很久的酒店，但個人認為硬體和軟體（人員的訓練與服務）都尚有很大的進步空間。 收費和期待的品質是有相當的落差的，抱怨也是另一種的期待，希望下次帶著老人家去的時候能看到改善。

The hotel is glorious and will be wonderful if the management ever sort out the service.

We asked to book a table in the restaurant but were told that we had to give 72 hours' notice. We were also told that it was fully booked which was not correct. In fact, it was closed. We tried to get a drink in the bar but it was closed. We asked to speak to the duty manager. We are still waiting for him/her to contact us.

Weather was cold when we check in, but this hotel did not provide heater service, very disappointment.
