Absolutely fuming, turned up after booking 6 months ago to be told our booking had been cancelled. Blamed booking.com. Turned out they’d been letting rooms without booking. Com at a higher price and telling customers it was all booking.coms fault. Do not trust this hotel.

"Do not stay at this hotel."

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was very dirty, our room was full of mould. Or bathroom had not been cleaned. The facilities were broken. There was a very strong smell of canabis throughout the hotel. We would like a refund as we could not even stay in this hotel and had to find alternate accommodation which was difficult due to the bank holiday weekend. The stay cost £342. This was a complete waste of money.

"Would advise anybody not to go here"

Full of rubbish and litter at the side where the car park is. 2 drinks outside when we arrived. Blood up the door frame of the front door. Check in was supposed to be 1400, which was stated on the door, when I phoned I was told 1500

Checked in late after work.

Fire alarm went off twice, late at night. Whole hotel smelt of marijuana with guests smoking in the front of the hotel.

The host was very delightful and the hotel was well located

Lots of undesirable people probably local staying in hotel.put us right off at breakfast time eating like animals.Would not recommend and definitely would never go back.

The bed linen and towels were lovely and clean. Location great!

I've stayed here before about 4 years ago, and it was great! Staff, breakfast, the rooms, all spot on. It has now changed hands and very disappointing.... Carpet in room was filthy, mirror- you could barely see through it. The place needs a really good clean and the paintwork needs updating. Don't know what the breakfast was like as we didn't really want to eat there! Very disappointing 😞
