OYO Ivy Hotel

It was cancelled, don't you check what's happened with bookings,

Can't believe it

Absolutely shocking we got there an it was cancelled

The hotel was not inviting the floor was ok but the mirrors, windows, were very Dirty the manager was nice, He showed us to our room, it was very basic but the shower, toilet were filthy, we asked if they had another room so he took us to the top floor, on entering the room it was bigger looked OK then we noticed the wallpaper missing on quite a few walls, it was better and we were only staying for 2 nights. the shower room was not clean but the toilet was ok. so we decided to stay he said they would let us have it for the same price, so we decided to stay the Beds were comfortable. in the morning the 3 of us decided not to use the shower, go job there was no hot water, went down for breakfast we didn't have much not to our liking the orange juice was OK, we went out and didn't return until the evening.

we did tell them we wouldn't have breakfast the next morning, we decided to have coffee in the room we boiled the kettle the water was yellow and inside of the kettle was filthy thank god we didn't drink it. Still no hot water so we packed and left my sister Niece and myself said we would never return there again. We use your company but don't understand why you have this place on your books.

The location

It was dirty and smelled. Decor was very poor. Sheets on tables instead of tablecloths. Lighting on stairs was inadequate. Had to queue behind cleaners and their friends to get breakfast which was awful. Smoke alarm going off at 1.30 am due to people smoking in rooms

The staff where friendly and the hotel was gorgeous

Cleanliness poor beds uncomfortable and bed bug evidence

Wanted to give it a zero , a musty smell all over , we got no sleep because of others that we would say are long term guests shouting swearing slamming doors all through the night literally , then there's the breakfast hahaha what breakfast ?? It may look cheap but it's not worth it

Very disappointed they cancelled on me less than 24hr with the. Reason Otherbooked I'm still waiting for my full refund which is out off order when there the 1s that cancelled
