Radisson RED London Gatwick Airport

The facilities were very clean, the staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. There aren't many places to eat nearby, but the hotel restaurant was excellent. Also, although there is a fee, the reasonably priced shuttle bus from the airport is convenient.

Quiet room and lovely bathroom. Great communication from hotel re bus location etc.

It was quite far out with not many facilities near. Breakfast was terrible.

Reasonably well located to Gatwick airport although a bit tricky to get to by car

Car parking was a nightmare. Expensive and tight & not very clear how to pay. Bed & pillows were uncomfortable. Staff were not the most welcoming. Room felt dated/worn out

Everything was fine

Arrived just after 11 pm after a long journey from Southern Italy. I was told the bar was already shut when I checked in by the check in staff. I would have thought an airport hotel would have more extended hours.... Got to the room and the air conditioning didn't work and the windows were sealed so it was stiflingly hot all night making it hard to sleep. Plus the toilet had a loud drip which also kept us awake. Would never stay here again. At check out the person on the desk didn't speak or reply to me.....

I like the room the bed and very modern

Check in should assist you to get to room to show you where things are. The card holder is difficult to use when it’s completely dark for the lights. While very modern did not have any counters or place for toiletries
