Radisson RED London Gatwick Airport

Comfortable bed, good restaurant. Excellent value for money

The room was too hot and couldn't open windows or turn on air conditioning

Proximity to the airport and in particular a shuttle bus to each terminal. I was greeted warmly on my arrival which is always good.

The menu was a bit limited in the evening for lighter meals. A few smaller plate options would work well for people arriving at unusual times. I didn’t receive the shuttle bus timetable in advance (it was not attached to the email) which would have been helpful.

Car park felt unsafe and very scruff Breakfast area very unclean and selection of food not good value

Loved the style the elegance and the staff very professional and accommodating
