The staff were really lovely people. The property was very clean and the breakfast was great. Perfect location too. Nothing to complain about.

Bedroom was very small, but adequate, we really only needed to get a good nights sleep.

Friendly staff, especially Paulette. Great breakfast. Good garden out back. Great views.

Room /furniture a little dated. En-suite very small, quite difficult to shower and no where in shower to hang your wash stuff and nowhere in bathroom either.

"Superb value, great staff and excellent breakfast."

We needed a room for one night when staying in Exmouth for a concert. We chose Ashton Court and could not have been happier with our choice. Super friendly staff, very clean, excellent location, and a breakfast cooked to order (so much better than dried out buffet!). Hugely better value than the Premier Inn on the seafront and a really quiet area allowing great sleep!

Bathroom a little dated, but absolutely fine for one night. Duvet width was a little short, only overlapping the bed by a couple of inches.

"Small, friendly hotel with the loveliest staff"

I’m a regular customer at Ashton Court Hotel, and always find it a friendly, comfortable hotel and good value for money, just a short walk from the centre of town. The staff are fabulous, there’s a well stocked bar and the breakfast is great.

My room had some significant cobwebs on the inside of the window. But otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Other guests woke me on Sunday morning at 6am, talking and laughing loudly in the corridor, but that’s not the responsibility of the hotel.

No toiletries. Breakfast choice very basic. Hotel rather messy and dated.
