Breakfast was very disappointing. At 7 45 am there was very little choice. The cooked breakfast was cold.no staff on hand to speak to

The location was perfect beach front not far from shopping centre or railway station

The property was nice I had a twin room and the mirror was in the wrong place you couldn’t dry your hair in front of it as no socket the heating was controlled by downstairs staff after a night of being cold they switched it off downstairs to allow me to set temperature myself there was another lady complaining about the exact same thing breakfast was ok

Location.

Had to pay £20 for early book in. Would have been happy to pay £10. Having worked in hotels I know room moves can be done without too much stress on the staff

Paying for parking £15 a night Poor breakfast buffet maintenance by staff, staff to busy talking with each other than resupply buffet which happened everyday No water in room

I thought the location and room were perfect.

The breakfast was quite basic but nice. There was no-one on meet and greet as I was advised they would be there to show me to a table. When I asked another member of staff there where to sit he said "on a chair." I found him rude.
