"Wasn’t my first time and won’t be my last:)"

The staff were exceptional, I booked it as a surprise for my dad for his 60th birthday and they took it upon themselves to upgrade his room without hesitation. They knew so much about history of the building and were happy to ask any questions or help with anything. I’m gutted I can’t remember the man’s name who was helping us but he’s amazing at his job, thank you for everything my dad had the best time!

"An attractive hotel in good location, great facilities but a shame that just for a swim you are changed £50 a time"

"Exceptional"

A true 5 star hotel located centrally with very welcoming staff. The building is a true masterpiece. The pillows and bed are very comfortable and the coffee machine in the room is a plus. I would definitely stay again when visiting Liverpool.

Probably the service in the restaurant and at the bar could be a bit faster and more attentive.

Beautifully restored with nice modern touches. Great gym.

The air conditioning is weak and centrally-controlled. I did not sleep well due to the warm evenings. Bed was also a bit too soft for me.

Great location. Stunning iconic building, very sensitively and stylishly renovated. Staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic!
