Very clean, staff very polite and approachable. We had lovely full English breakfast which was very tasty at the sister place next door. Will definitely come back again.

Superb customer service from staff and the hotel room was lovely. The breakfast surpassed our expectations and I would most definitely stay here again. A hidden gem of Southampton for sure! I thought the lighting was lovely and appreciated all the different forms of it, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable I cannot remember falling asleep - yes, it was that comfy!
