We had no sleep at all. Guests who were staying in the hotel (attending a function on the grounds)spent the whole night shouting drinking and swearing in the corridor outside our room. The staff were nowhere to be found. There appeared to be no-one in charge when we tried to complain the next day. Emailed the owner but had no reply. It was really disgraceful.

It was not as described. There was no kitchen and a lack of staff. The breakfast area was cold. The breakfast was poor quality. An overall poor experience.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with superb staff Thank you to Ashleigh, also the lady staff member (whose name I’ve forgotten) and the breakfast lady, all of which couldn’t do enough to help. Breakfast was awesome too Lovely room and highly recommend staying here

Everything was perfect

I wanted to follow up based on some other people‘s recent reviews to say that in response to my complaint about my wedding where two people in the 80sfell over due to poor signage on their new patio, and an umbrella flew across the patio because it was windy and it wasn’t secured and we were served burnt cheese straws, and shop bought Scones… And three years not once did I get a response, sorry or anything to follow up on my complaint. So I wanted to put something on here that was more recent and caution that people do not waste their time and money going here especially not for a wedding or an important event.

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautifully redecorated.

Excellent location and a fabulous property.

No door on bathroom. Stairs to bathroom. Decor in room a little tired
