The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Brian who was outstanding.

If you come to the isle of wight for what ever reason this is your place, the staff are beyond friendly and the breakfast is world class, the room is clean and homely, it is the perfect home away from home

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Certain areas of property are tired but room was comfortable and well appointed

A two day trip visiting friends. loved our stay here. Very friendly welcome and very impressed with the superior room we booked. Very clean and bright and generally in good condition. Breakfast cooked to order and was excellent and very friendly staff throughout. We ate in the bar one evening and once again the food was well priced and excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again. Good location also for the local village and a walk to the beach.

Hotel was tired needed updating

Staff were brilliant, really friendly. Room was small. Comfortable but very tired/tatty. Bathroom needs a complete refurb - tiles cracked etc., Breakfast was really good, great choices and staff were lovely.

liked everything except for smell from kitchen extractor fan which invaded our room(15) when the windows were open which was often as the weather was good.

needs some TLC
