The Birdham Hotel & Restaurant

Great food, Comfy bed, Staff excellent. Upon check in the guy was so busy but he didnt let his excellent customer service slip once, he stayed polite and friendly at all times, credit to him. I visit the island every 6 weeks for work and this has been the best value by far that i have expeianced. I will definately go back

All staff friendly and welcoming. Spotless room. Excellent choice of breakfasts cooked to order. We ate in the hotel each evening and the food and service were excellent. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend and we will go back to the Birdham on our next visit to IOW.

We had a great 3-night stay at The Birdham. It's a mix of the personal touch of a B&B with the facilities of a quality hotel. The staff are very focused on customer service, right from the welcome by Anthony to the lady who made up our room. It's an old building so we didn't expect all mod cons, but the room was well equipped and in the large bathroom the shower was adequate and water was always hot. We ate in the hotel everynight and the food was excellent and served with a smile. Parking was easy in the dedicated car park. We had an early check out and were offered a breakfast bag, which was an indication of how the Birdham goes the extra mile.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the staff were wonderful. The food was very good as well. The only thing to be aware of is that the room I had in the second floor was excellent for me but would have been a tad small for 2

We stopped at hotel/pub for a Sunday carvery, our first. Great dinner. We decided to book the hotel and our room, #5, was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and bright. Anthony showed us our room and was very helpful. Breakfast was spot on.

We stayed at The Birdham Hotel for a week. The hotel is dated which gives it that old fashioned charm, but it was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and obliging. The hotel could benefit from having a lift fitted for the less abled as there are a few stairs to climb.

Comfy bed and pillows and a good shower with complimentary toiletries. Good breakfast which was let down by the hotel serving squash instead of real juice which was disappointing Really helpful waitress at breakfast, unfortunately we didn't catch her name. We didn't have dinner but the bar was busy Overall a lovely short break

We stayed at The Birdham for three nights in March 2024 and received a lovely warm welcome from Anthony when we arrived. We were made to feel welcome by all the staff including the bar and restaurant staff who were warm and friendly and very efficient. We ate in the hotel for all three nights and the food was generally of a good quality with generous portions. There is a good choice of hot dishes at breakfast - all cooked fresh to order, as well as cereals, yogurts, juice etc. Our deluxe room was comfortable and quiet with lovely, soft bedding and we had a lovely, large bathroom with huge, soft towels. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.
