Loved the=location and was a friendly hotel,that was very welcoming.

Arriving during the heatwave we struggled to sleep and were not offered a fan on the Thursday night unfortunately, so barely slept . It was only the following morning that we noticed that the cleaning team attending to the newly vacant rooms all appeared to have a fan present in the room. One of the cleaning team members were quick to volunteer us with one then and our second night was far more pleasant.

We paid extra for our Dogs....which is fine...but the room was small and extremely hot.... We didn't sleep at all.... No fans available, no access near by to walk our dogs .

"GREAT VALUE AND A COMFORTABLE ACCOMODATION."

THE ROOMS ARE SLIGHTLY DATED AND I STRUGGLED WITH THE SHOWER ARRANGMENT IN THE BATHROOM. HOWEVER, MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BED WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST WAS BUFFET STYLE AND EXCELLENT. OVERALL EXTREMELY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Plenty of staff who were efficient and friendly.great location just off the M5 very convenient everything Devon has to offer .

No air con in rooms.water pressure of shower not great rooms could do with updating

Das Hotel liegt sehr geschickt in der Nähe einer Autobahn…. Für Ausflüge quer durchs Land also perfekt

Das Essen im Hotel ist zwar gut, aber doch etwas teuer. Wir haben ein Eis bestellt-unsagbar teuer….also erst nach dem Preis fragen und dann bestellen. Auf dem fussballfest hinterm Haus war ein Rummel. Zum Glück ging das Abend nur bis 21.00 h. Die Badezimmer sind völlig veraltet und die Sauberkeit lässt was zu Wünschen übrig

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Short walk into the town. Good breakfast.

They deducted £25 per person from my debit account on arrival. We were told it was incase anything was taken. We assumed there was a mini bar but there wasn’t. Six days later I have not received my money back. We didn’t remove anything from the hotel. Not happy.
