Exceptionally helpful and polite staff Comfortable, clean room Excellent breakfast - well worthwhile

The TV could do with updating. The number/size of bed was unclear, we needed to contact the hotel to clarify.

Comfy bed, good breakfast, loads of parking.

Nice and quiet. Nice area to sit outside. Dog friendly. Had a room on the ground floor. Great size. One double bed and a single bed. Good size shower.

Wish there was a fan in the room. They might have had one if I had asked, but kept forgetting to do so. Had a small fan I always travel with, so I was not that bothered by the heat.

Room clean, a little tired and the windows are very difficult to open although a member of staff came to our room and managed to open the window late on the first evening. Food excellent and dining area very comfortable. # very good value for money

The room was exceedingly hot but the staff found me a fan. There is a strange £25.00 deposit policy that didn’t make sense. When you check out you automatically get it back. It can’t be for damage as no one checks your room as you check out and the lady at the desk didn’t really have a good explanation
