Cleanliness, good breakfast. Helpful staff. Even though the hotel is going through some up dating, it was still clean.

Due to the work going on. It was a bit awkward to get from accommodation to the dining room but it was only a minor inconvenience.

Even though there is work being done that did not effect us.. we could eat upstairs in function room and take the dog.. I dont think the food was as good as previous stays but maybe with the work going on renovating the downstairs bar area may not have helped 🤔 not sure Rooms little tired but you can see some changes are being made ..

The property was under refurbishment. The entrance was through a fire escape, the property smelt of paint . Several windows were masked with bleach out paper. I had a fall on the stairs case and had to attend the local hospital with cuts and bruises. The room I was offered had fib piles across the carpet which were unsafe a trip hazard and I declined to stay.

warm comfortable room with the added benefit of a hot bath. having 24 hour reception was appreciated for a late check in the staff at breakfast offered excellent service with gf catered for

Our radiator clicked the whole time even when we tried to turn it off.

Room was good. Big in size than our expectations. Staff were friendly. Parking on site. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. We got MacDonald nearby. Breakfast was quite good . They have various options.

Its curtains. Look like so old. Color faded and some point its tear off so its make so poor looking. Also the cushion of the chair should be clean they were bit dirty. In our room.
