Friendly lady on the desk who was brilliant.

The room was unclean, the carpet was ruffled like it had not been stuck down properly. And the hot water wouldn't connect with the shower.

"Very convenient for Knighshayes, really comfortable beds and a great shower."

Friendly helpful staff

Stayed before and it was lovely up to date room but this time they had renervations going on and the room was very weathered, the toilet hardly flushed, the water flew out the tap everywhere.
