Moxy Putrajaya

location was excellent. the hotel, carpark and mall access were all connected and easy for us.

no ironing board and iron in the room.

I’ve stayed at both Moxy Putrajaya and Putrajaya Marriott Hotel, and the price was almost the same. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Moxy. The location is definitely a big advantage, it’s within walking distance to the malls, which makes it very convenient. The hotel is clean, the pillows and mattress are comfortable, the buffet breakfast was good, and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. I also had a small issue with my room during my stay, but the team attended to it immediately and handled it well.

The only downside is the standard room size. Compared to Marriott, the room feels quite small and narrow, with limited space for luggage (only small luggage fits comfortably). There is also no iron or ironing board provided in the room.

Clean and lively setting, alert and helpful staff, including Nazri, Apit and Sahli, fast check-in response, generous buffet breakfast over 4 hours, fast and prompt lifts, free airport shuttle, wheelchair friendly, room with view, strong water pressure, close proximity to mall. Two thumbs up!

The soft bed could be firmer for a sound sleep.

Food, and games snooker table.

1) The staffs are very prompt, polite and helpful on requests - Our water heater could only go up to room temperature. After providing feedback to the staff, it was fixed within 3 hours. 2) There is a laundry place with washing machines and dryers. Need to pay to use, but at a RM 5 per wash/per dry as of Jun2026.

Location - connection to shopping mall a big plus.

Reception counter not conspicuous as it shares a counter with the bar.

Bed and pillows are very comfortable

I just wished the dining area at the lobby is more spacious but otherwise, everything else is great. Thanks!

Loved that it was so close to the IOI shopping mall. The staff were excellent. Facilities were great.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking.
