The hotel is conveniently located within the mall, making access effortless, while shopping and dining are readily available; the lobby also offers activities to keep visitors engaged.

I waited about 15 minutes due to limited staff and a growing queue, then given my contact number and will contact me once the rooms are ready. After 1.5 hours with no call received, I approached the lobby and was immediately handed all room keys. Without following up, I wouldn’t have known how long the wait might have continued. It was lucky that the hotel is within the mall.

The location which is about 35 mins from KLIA! Great buffet food and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The reception lobby area is very welcoming too!

The towels had a misty smell, but the staff came and quickly change it

New , comfortable , linked to IOI mall, friendly staff

In my room , there was occasional stench - not sure where it comes from Nothing else much around except the mall
