Excellent location, well equipped gym, generous layout of the apartment and best shower experience of all hotels in Penang.

The attitude of tge reception manager at the breakfast area of Floor 2. He was rather arrogant and even ignored acknowledgement of greeting. Upon request for coffee it was sent to the wrong table. The staff at the coffee counter also had very poor knowledge of managing the coffee machine. While the choice of breakfast is good, especially the Roti Chanai counter [ staff managing the stalls excellent] the layout of fruits can be better improved and best stayed away from the smoked salmon and wasabi.
