Well-designed apartment with washing machine and self-contained kitchenette. Jacqueline who was contacting me was able to accommodate I don't possess a local account to facilitate a deposit, as specified. Her communication on e.g. retrieval of keys, check-out etc was clear and timely.

"Piscine ok mais service client médiocre"

La piscine est vraiment incroyable et le prix est très correct pour avoir accès à cette piscine

Dans la salle de bain ça sentait très fort l’humidité et la chasse coulait donc quand on allait au toilette on était mouillé. Il propose un service pour stocker les bagages jusque 17h seulement et pour 10RM par heure !!! C’est honteux car nous devions attendre notre bus jusque 22h avec tous nos bagages ! Une fois les clés rendues vous ne pouvez plus profitez de la piscine pour le reste de la journée , c’est vraiment dommage ! Aucune solution trouvée par le service client donc nous avons du déposer nos sacs dans un autre hôtel pour la journée le temps d’avoir notre bus de nuit….
