Most of the furnitures are in bad condition. Bedroom doors, chairs, wardrobes and smelling bathroom. Air conditioning was leaking with annoying sound.

Ich möchte über erhebliche Mängel in dem von mir gebuchten Apartment informieren. Zugewiesen wurde uns das Apartment B151. Die bei Booking com veröffentlichten Bildern entsprechen nicht der Realität. Ich hatte zuvor ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich ausschließlich per E-Mail erreichbar bin. Einen Tag vor meiner Abreise erhielt ich per E-Mail die Zugangsinformationen zum Apartment. Bei der Ankunft musste ich feststellen, dass das Apartment nicht oder nur unzureichend gereinigt war. Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht den Erwartungen und war teilweise in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. In den Küchenschränken befand sich Schimmel, zudem waren Herdplatte und Backofen defekt – beim Versuch, diese zu benutzen, löste sofort die Sicherung aus. Auf der Küchenzeile waren zahlreiche kleine Ameisen zu sehen, der Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt. Auch das Badezimmer wies deutliche Schimmelspuren auf. Im Schlafzimmer befand sich eine Steckdose, die locker war und beim Gebrauch fast aus der Wand fiel, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. I would like to report significant deficiencies in the apartment I booked. We were assigned apartment B151. The pictures published on Booking.com do not correspond to reality. I had previously expressly pointed out that I could only be reached by email. One day before my departure, I received the access information for the apartment by email. Upon arrival, I found that the apartment had not been cleaned or had been cleaned inadequately. The furnishings did not meet expectations and were in part in an unacceptable condition. There was mould in the kitchen cupboards, and the hob and oven were defective – when I tried to use them, the fuse immediately tripped. There were numerous small ants on the kitchen counter and the refrigerator had not been cleaned. The bathroom also showed clear signs of mould. In the bedroom, there was a loose electrical socket that almost fell out of the wall when used, posing a significant safety risk.

A spacious and cosy apartment with comfortable beds and beautiful view. We had a very good rest & sleep.
