Iskandar Residences By Stayrene

Very spacious. Good location.

The place was poorly maintained, dark mould in bathroom sink, tile fell off the bathroom, cabinet falling apart. The swimming pool on 29th floor is a hazard for kids. My 4 and 6 years old left with lot of scratches around the knee and shin without having a fall. I suspect the edges of the pool was too sharp.

Security were struct

Hairs and ants were present. No tissue and only 2 rolls of toilet paper

The apartment was very clean, spacious, well-maintained and comfortable. It’s our 2nd stay with Stayrene management and they were very helpful and responsive as usual. The view from living room and master bedroom was beautiful. Check-in was easy with detailed photo instructions. Security guards were helpful and friendly and they patrolled the common areas frequently. There was a drink and snack vending machine at the general swimming pool area.

2 swimming pools were closed when we were there. The floor on the general swimming pool area looked poorly maintained.

The floor in the apartment is a bit dusty although other areas are clean

Wall paper to be replaced at some areas Bathroom cabinets to be repaired 1st Bathroom n second bathroom From the lift area to apartment is dark

Enviroment....quiet and good for rest day
