Started with an extra payment which wasn’t specified on booking, you need to pay 50+ ringgits or you can’t checking.

Stay for 5 days, no room service at all, no towel change, no toilet paper or soap check, no tooth brush or toothpaste, sometimes they take bed sheets from other room and it staying on the while for the whole day. The toilet is not smell normal, and so on

Actually dah 2 kali stay sini sebab ada kerja berdekatan, bestnya aircond kat dalam bilik, sejuk. tilam pun lembut. Bantal pun lembut. Bilik air okay, 2nd time cuma ruang jamban kecik.

Haritu walk in tanya bilik ada kosong ke tak. Terus orang kaunter cakap xde kosong, dah penuh. Bila tengok dekat booking.com ade je lagi. Terus aku book kat booking. Lain kali cakap la jujur.
