Friendly staff

Small room, susah nk solat for Muslim....blik sedikit berbau

Like the staff very helpful especially Ahmad the room full he change another room for me then when I walk in and test the room, noticed when I on the water heater the outside light keep blinking so I went downstairs asked him to come up and check, ended he change another better room closer to the lift and the water filter which I feels very convenient for me to access to my room :) Ann's also very helpful one day advance I called the hotel receptionist answer my call with patience what need to bring which the hotel, didn't provide

Seriously I don't like the bath towel, I saw some stain on the white towel not sure how long is the stain or maybe unable to wash off, must use stain remover during washing the toilet towel
