Really nice Gym, Restaurant, bar, spa, pool

The Room was situated in like a compound which was weird it was like a camp, this just seemed weird but it was clean and comfortable.

"Abysmal staff attitude and service with roach room"

It’s close to the airport and they provide free parking

There was a massive ROACH in the room! My sister stayed up the entire night due the roach as we weren’t sure if there were others in the room. The staff service was appalling. Front desk staff had to recheck my booking due to my registered name on booking.com compared to my identity card. Then she gave a little giggle, which made me felt self conscious. I’ve never had such issues with all my other bookings on booking.com. Next problem came when the room is not connected to the main building/reception, the bellhop will need to take you to your room (if only he did his job). I did not require assistance to carry my one carry-on suitcase and neither did my sister with her carry-on backpack. The bellhop walked us out from reception, started heading towards the direction of the room and just pointed to the “general” area and LEFT US!!! We had to trek through muddy grass and had the auto door slammed in my face to get to my room ALONE! My question to ibis- does your staff not get proper training before assuming their roles?
