"Comfortable “transit” hotel near KLIA with great breakfast buffet."

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service was outstanding (friendly, attentive and courteous). Room was very clean, without any mildew nor harsh chemical smells. We picked this hotel for their complimentary shuttle service; it was a comfortable ride and more importantly, it ran punctually.

Welcoming staff, close to the airport and gorgeous decor.

AC in our rooms were slow to cool the rooms. A little uncomfortable.

"Disappointing, try something else if you have the time"

Very kind staff Close to the airport, 5-8 min by taxi. Nice pool if you manage to arrive when it is open

They have well-located rooms but both time I went to this hotel I paid the equivalent of 100 USD for an internement camp esthetic…views on rows of barracks, fences, roads, a trek away from the reception and the areas that looks like a real hotel. Corridors reminiscent of a jail. The gym closes at 10pm, which is not appropriate for an airport hotel where people come & go and use the facilities at unusual hours. And the shuttle from the airport to the hotel is either every hour of every every 2 hours (!!!) at night when most planes land, which mean you will never use it to go to the hotel (but you can use it to go from the hotel to the airport)

"Great for stopovers and great for kids."

Close to airport. Great pool. Breakfast excellent. Restaurant and food great. Staff friendly. Good prices. Join ibis rewards for discounts. Great for stopover. Discount shopping mall nearby.

Was promised early check-in but had to fight for it without being charged extra day. Room basic and not near amenities.
