The staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless, no noise. All in all an excellent value for money stay.

The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for, which was a bed for the night close to a wedding venue. It doesn't serve breakfast and the facilities are relatively basic, but that is reflected in the price. The room was clean and comfortable and met my expectations from booking.com description and ratings. The owner/manager was very helpful and friendly, and enabled us to check in well ahead of the stated check-in time which really helped us given the time of the wedding we were going to. She gave us helpful advice about getting to and from the venue, and was up late at night to serve us at the small bar when we got back, as well as joining us for a chat at the bar with some locals where we had great fun meeting some new people.

A breakfast option would have been great, but it didn't cause us a problem.

What a nice Hotel. It was on the main road, but wasn't noisy at all. It has a great pub with lovely staff. The landlord Debbie and the bartender Alex were really great. As we stopped here for the NC500 she gave us some good advise where to go. Looking forward to come back here on the end of our trip on the 10th of May

It was al perfect. Shame there was no breakfast been served, but you know that in front and you can get a breakfast just around the corner
