Very comfortable. The host was friendly while also offering plenty of privacy. The cost was very fair.

Road noise. A busy location.

Great location. Debbie was an absolute star and so accommodating.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The location was great for us and there was space to park nearby. The room was cosy and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, the walls were rather thin and I struggled to sleep with the person in the room next to me snoring and the noise from the pub directly below us. However, given the location and friendliness of the owner, I would still stay in this hotel again.

No separate door as you kind of have to gin through the bar and through everyone outside smoking to get into place

We were made very welcome by Debbie. Beds were very comfortable, and the room had been recently redecorated as this is a new venture. This was an overnight stop as we were travelling from Dumfries and Galloway to the Western Isles, and we would certainly stay again. The hotel has a busy lounge bar,but we couldn't hear a thing in the bedroom, so don't let that put you off!

Not a complaint, but as this becomes more established doing breakfasts might be considered.
