Stayed at the property to attend a wedding in the area which was only 5 minutes away. Received a lovely warm welcome, room was everything that we needed, super comfy beds and great having a later check out time!! Maybe only suggestion being more mirrors! As a girls we struggled with only a bathroom mirror! But everything else was fab!

A great little place with everything you need. The room was lovley and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The selection of tea, coffee and chocolate biscuits as well as the nice little bundle of complimentary toiletries were a nice surprise. I would highly recommend if you are attending a wedding at Rossi Close by. Thanks for a lovely stay, we highly enjoyed it.

It's not something I didn't like, but it's room only basis with no breakfast option. But Debbie the owner was fantastic and recommended local restaurants and coffee shops that are within walking distance so it wasn't an issue at all.

We liked the friendliness of the owner. We stayed for two nights as we had a wedding close to the town. She couldn’t have done enough for us. The flowers for the wedding was delivered to the hotel and she made sure that they were kept fresh for us. We asked for an iron etc and she provided all of that. So friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean. We live abroad and came back for the wedding. We do come back to Scotland a lot. We will definitely be coming back to stay.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

Friendly welcome and departure by staff. Most comfortable bed and pillow experience ever in a hotel. Local to where we needed to be. Very reasonably priced.

Bathrooms need updated. Although clean, was a bit old and dated

We didn't know that many places in Scotland will only book Saturday if you book 2 consecutive nights. We were fortunate to find this room so late on a Saturday. W We flew out of Edinburgh the next morning.

Lack of restaurants in the small town.

The room was clean and just big enough for the two of us. The landlady was really lovely and very accommodating. We requested to check in before 3 as we had a wedding and she made sure the room was ready for us. Which really helped.

No complaints!

People make a stay special and Debbie could not have done more for us. Nothing was too much trouble and she offered anything we needed. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable, it was also totally quiet even though it was over a busy and friendly pub. Although there was no breakfast available there’s a very nice farm coffee shop nearby and a shop selling bacon rolls etc almost next door. Hotel was in an ideal location with a Co-op, excellent Indian restaurant and traditional restaurant all within 100m
