Paid for a deluxe double room! No hairdryer in room. Mould in bedroom. Heating went off over night to next day! Shower inadequate. No toothbrush charging point. No daily housekeeping unless you put sign outside your door!! I didn't have a sign. Bed uncomfortable. Matress thin and poor quality. Tv so small - couldn't see screen comfortably to the eyes! No hair and shower gell. No open fire in bar area although there was a fireplace there. Toilet seat hanging off pan. No wardrobe. Will never stay here again!
