"Clean, cosy and meets basic needs, would not reccomend pub food."

8.0

Very Clean and tidy room, comfortable bed. Very sweet and diverse selection of drinks available in room which decent showeroom and clean towels.

Only difficulties were checking in, make sure to warn staff the time of your arrival, and only answers to Facebook messages. Impossible to connect to Wi-fi however but network is good enough.

"One time experience is enough"

Location is remote

You can’t find any food, nearest would be 5-10mins walk up the street to another Inn.

"Fab place but don’t ask for a takeaway sandwich"

8.0

We were on the limestone way and stayed here on a Sunday night. We were in the stables double en-suite room. All great clean and very comfortable bed. Room was very quiet too. We ate here too last orders were at 5pm and the food was incredible and so delicious. A must place to eat and stay for anyone!

The down side was that we were leaving at 6am in the morning and as it was Sunday all the shops were shut and we couldn’t get a sandwich to take for breakfast and we wouldn’t be passing anywhere for at least 10 miles to get any food. I asked for a cheese sandwich which thru kindly agreed to make for me and it was nice. However they charged me £7.95 for a simple thin slice white cheese and onion sandwich. When I paid I thought it may be on a thick sourdough bread or something at that price but as you can see from picture it was a simple sandwich. This must be the world’s most expensive sandwich ever so don’t ask for one. Happy to amend my review if they offer me a refund but that was a complete rip off which just isn’t necessary.
