I like it here, I stay a few times a year. Very comfortable, clean welcoming. Normally a nice bar and great food, it’s why I stay. It would be good to know the bar and restaurant are closed Monday & Tuesday & in complete darkness. Fore warned is fore armed!

No Wi-Fi signal in the room and area adjacent areas which was an issue as there was also no mobile signal as well. No shower consumables, no hair dryer, and no option for a cooked breakfast. Although there are a couple of vegetarian options they were not on the evening menu/specials.

The staff were super friendly & the food excellent. They have just started serving breakfast which served in a lovely refurbished room. The pub had a great ambiance with a lot of locals calling in for a drink. Our room was warm, a good size & pleasantly furnished. We will definitely stay there again.
