Grays Court Hotel

Hotel is stunning, staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious! Located right next to York Minster and within walking distance of shops.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We’re like to be able to get our own orange juice. No cereals & pastries was out.not everyone likes a full English first thing. Need more choice

Loved everything , everyone was so amazing , nothing was too much trouble , smiles all round and felt acknowledged by all staff members , the hotel is stunning , amazing location , like stepping back in time with modern features , perfect atmosphere , romantic and a very special hotel

Could I suggest somehow getting a long mirror in the room Elizabeth grey , also a small dressing table would be useful but I know not a lot of space , we did miss a larger tv too and it wasn’t a comfy position watching tv from the bed , no complaints just an observation of what the next generation of guests will be wanting

Loved the staff friendliness, the whole ambience of the property

The beds were alittle too soft abd the same with the pillows although the duvet was superb The toilet flush was not working properly

Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent as the hotel is just behind York Minster.

Service charge at the bar. Unnecessary when you are paying so much for the rooms.
