there was nothing to like

That is was dirty, dingy, we had to walk up loads of flights of stairs with our bags and was told it's good exercise by staff on reception (albeit she was lovely) handrails on stairs loose and filthy. not a pleasant stay at all

Dirty room, no hot water, no plug sockets near bed, only one glass, had a friend visit (not to stay) and she was kicked out even though we wasn’t told no one could visit. Staff member was really rude

There was nothing to like. No bar or buffet like it's said in add. The family room was the worst I was staying in my life There is no window in the toilet or vents. It was my worst experience in my life, and we stayed in loads of different places.

Needs major refurbishing,

rooms dated, only one small towel, place is falling apart down stairs the property is on a lease, no signs of any upgrades they have clearly got it on a lease viewable online and not worth for the price tag for the stay or the ingoing, needs a visit from the council and fire officer
