Jini Hotel

Location was good, right outside tram station. Staff were also quite nice

Wasn't clean at all, had to change room because of a broken light in the bathroom. Finally, it smelled horrible and there were a lot of spiders in the seaview room.

The only thing that was good about it was the fact the bed were comfy and clean may I add but everything else was just horrendous

Lady was lovely when we turned up and showed us to our room, forgot to ask for WiFi code could do with having it in room or poster downstairs Great location for what I needed in the area

Room was a good size but very outdated, mattress was very springy and only 1 flat pillow each, milk was off n not enough of it, there were 2 of us but only 1 towel for shower and no toiletries except hand wash.. we only used the room to sleep as out all day or I would of asked for more

Very dirty Wallpaper hanging from walls Stained ceiling Scummy bathroom Then to top it off when we got back from a night out all the lights had blew so we was in the dark, for some reason the plug sockets still worked so the staff had to get us a lamp this was at 2 in the morning, glad someone was on hand to get us some sort of light I definitely won’t be back!

You can smell the damp when you walk in. Nothing like the pictures. I had wallpaper hanging from the ceiling. Old bottle of whiskey in the drawers. It was a one night stay, I guess you get what you pay for but I wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel had a smell of damp and musk room was filthy .there was something that looked like faeces in the draw and on the carpet the window was filthy could not see out of it bathroom window was boarded over .there was 1 t bag kettle was dirty . We looked for a different hotel but ever where was fully booked .absolutely disgusting place very dirty and out dated .. I understand it a 3.5 star but still expected a clean room
