No heating freezing cold all night no sleep all night for people below shouting all night left at 6.30am as was so cold

Staff gave refund without any argument

The fact that there was a half eaten pizza in the draw and it was still there 3 weeks later when we had the same room 3 weeks later and the pizza was still there.⁰

The fact the place was stinking when walked in, windows were bogging. Walls & celings all cracked surprised its not fell apart yet also walls were minging, place was freezing was only in a couple of hours then headed home defo wouldn't recommend to anyone that's for sure

On the whole the hotel was in a good spot, very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately the hot water or showers didn't work so we had to wash with cold water.

It was absolutely filthy, it smelt horrible. It was covered in mould. There were rubbish all under the bed, piss stains on the mattress and pillow. We even got given “fresh” towels which had blood stains on them!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size with big beds and had what we needed for our stay.

I personally was a little disappointed with the room because the view outside of the window looked straight onto the building in front. Also, it would have been nice if the tv in the room worked.

Good afternoon, yes a great place with lots of character, Perfect vursard. Although need clean up work and completion of facilities ie.looks like there is a spar facility from previous years. Friendly staff, The room needs painting and some structural work completed, great design plus all appliances needed characterful furniture new carpets. Thanks Hotel Jini.

Short stay must apologies to the team as thought ide been charged twice although wasn't. The Staff accommodated my longer stay due to personal circumstances.
