Need painted and up dating but for money good vaule

Good for tram

A great location, and building, friendly staff, warm individual rooms spacious. There is renovations taking place plus it is room only currently.The room was bigger enough to house a family with additional bedding. Thanks Jini Hotel Blackpool.

A item missing from the room, A bin, although there was one in the Bathroom. If the Spar and Restaurant available, would be a great addition.

Although staff are friendly, The images and information of facilities are incorrect and are a false representation of the actual hotel. The bar/lounge area isn't open to guests because the ceiling is at risk of falling down. The rooms only have little electric plug in heaters that aren't sufficient for the size of the room. Not what was expected and refuses a refund although left after 3hours.

Polite staff

No electricity or heating when we arrived, very dated decor, serious deep clean needed

The room was absolutely disgusting, it was freezing, it was filthy, we had to sleep on the floor as we had to buy a little blanket for us as wasnt sleeping on the bed, staff were no where to been seen, holes in the bathroom wall, shower wasn't even hot it came freezing, 1 towel each for the 3 days we were staying there, should be disgusted with the service we were provided with, I'm asking for a refund as I wouldn't even let a animal sleep there, if you are unable or refuse to sort me a refund I will be taking this further
