When we first arrived, it took a long time for them to answer the door so we could check in. This hotel is good for an overnight stay but not for a few days. The room itself was okay minus the cracks in the ceiling and stained carpets. The issues we had was there were fag butts and other rubbish left under the bed, one of the wall lamps were broken, there was no bin provided, the TV in the room did not work, we were not given any tea bags, only coffee, there was 1 pillow per person (ended up buying more to get a comfortable sleep), the bedding was stained, the shower door had to be lifted slightly to get in and out of the shower, the WiFi did not work and was constantly in and out. The plug sockets in the room were on the other side of the room so had to charge phones etc and run across the room half asleep when alarms were going off in the mornings. In the bathroom, we found green stains on a side panel (potentially boogers) as well as no window that could be opened after doing a poo. The "side view" was in fact a view of all the old bedding, matresses etc and piles of rubbish in the garden of the property. My partner also fell down a couple of steps because he thought he was on a landing but found there was another step without anything on it (tape or silver plate) to show it was there, he ended up rolling his ankle. 2 years ago I stayed with my partner for 1 night and was offered breakfast. This is now no longer a thing. We were also told when we last stayed they were refurbishing the spa and would be completed the following year, this is still the case.  The owner of the hotel was rude to us and about other customers saying they were "lazy".

Worse place we have ever stopped but staff on desk nice but as for room we won’t ever go there again.

Bed , linen, tv didn’t work , light shades was damaged and view over back yard which was full of rubbish not satisfactory at all …. Lowest level of standard we have ever experienced and will definitely not be stopped there ever again….

This was absolutely disgusting. The was old food left in the room upon our arrival. There was no hot water in the sink or the shower. Paint peeling off the walls, the door had a massive gap so we had no privacy. Windows so filthy you can not see out them. This was a home from hell. How they can stay open when it is so filthy inside is beyond me.

The location of the hotel

We did not stay at the hotel as when we arrived the place smelled like paint and urine. Some rooms were obviously being refurbished and the place was in an obvious state of disrepair. The heating was also broken so we offered a fan heater which looked really dangerous. We declined and were given a full refund instead which was a relief as the hotel was unclean and not at all welcoming.

Nothing. It was like a bed sit,where prostitute's take their punters. It was dirty and smaller. My wife couldn't relax nor sleep.

The lies on booking.com they had good pictures of the room it was nothing like the pictures. They said they had only 3 rooms available,when we arrived there all rooms where empty. Never again we couldn't wait to get out of there

The Property had no Heating or Hot water all we was offered was a small compact heater the windows had condensation on the outside so couldn’t see the sea view which i requested

the kettle had mold in it the beds looked like someone had threw up on the side of them the wardrobe had no hangers it was one kids primark hanger the windows were noisy hard to sleep with noise can hear the next door guests the mattress of the beds were stiff hard to lay on the corridor of the room had a weird smell the floor mat was bad unclean

Dirty untidy. Undecorated. Dirty bathrooms. Smell from heating system . Lift not working. Looked like a building site.
