Nothing run down beds where rotten springs hanging out of mattress mold in bathroom

Everything run down disgusting came home covered in bites bathroom was disgusting seen bigger phones then tv in room.

Work needs to be done on decor. Bedding needs to be ironed for a better presentation. Matainance needed on door lock as it was hanging off. Tv had no signal.
