Very clean .good location. Easy access with code and good communication from staff .very helpful would definitely stay again.

No lock on door, awful rubbish outside window, freezing cold bathroom

No tea bags in room…had to go and buy some from petrol station underneath which were expensive

The rituals products were great and the added pillow mist was a really nice touch

First time staying in an unmanned hotel but everything went well. Prior communication was good with check in code and information about booking on site parking provided. Provided “what three words” for car parking quickly and even WhatsApp to check everything was okay during our stay Room is small but warm and comfortable. Shower was good and shampoo/body wash provided as were towels sculpted into swans! Don’t let the surrounding area put you off. It was really central and for the price (£121) for the centre of Birmingham it offered good value for a one night stay

Area is a little ropey - above a garage forecourt but I believe the owners have tried to do their best with the hotel internally

good central location, room was clean, modern and the air con set to a comfortable warm temp on arrival. although a central position it was a quiet room overnight. the burger place below the hotel was fantastic.

one of the electric car chargers didn’t work but the staff were very helpful in allowing me to use a different in.

the room was very small. smallest room i ever stayed in.
