Hotel Holloway

The hotel was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. There were some nice touches, such as slippers. Check in was easy and the support was available if needed.

The location really undermines the pleasantness of the hotel. It's on the same plot as a petrol station on a very dirty street, with large piles of rubbish and litter next to the hotel. There is no free parking and I felt uncomfortable leaving my car in the NCP as there was a big gang of men outside. Though there are some nice touches, the room was fairly simple, so I was confused by the glowing reviews I'd read online before out stay as we'd been looking for something a little more special for a date night to the theatre with my partner

The room was really nice and clean. You've got to be really picky to find any fault with the room or hotel itself.

Lovely hotel. Had a shock when we first saw the place.... its above a petrol station !! Didnt cause us any issues what so ever. Just an unusual to place to locate a mini hotel. Ha. Don't be put off. The hotel is in a great location. Lovely, clean and quiet, and the staff are very helpful. Brill place !!

The location was very good, near to both broad street and mailbox The outside of the hotel gives you an impression of small outdated however it couldn't be further away from the truth. The rooms they were comfortable, clean and welcoming. The hosts although wasn't present ensured they stayed in touch via WhatsApp and was always quick at replying. I would highly recommend this hotel

Very clean unusual with no staff, but the property was very central to the area we required car parking was good. Wood definitely use again if staying in Birmingham

It would’ve been useful if there was some information in the room regarding local events and some restaurant recommendations Suggest a small map of the city otherwise everything was fine
