Beautiful decor, luxurious touches and spotlessly clean. Easy self check in service but still had immediate contact via text with any issues.

The quality of the room was good, and largely comfortable and certainly very clean and well prepared.

The location above a petrol station wasn't what I was expecting at all - this was not at all obvious when I booked it. THe tv didn't work in my room - in that there were no actual tv channels. It was also very "slow" - which I suspect was poor broadband? I would also have appreciated a desk to work at, as I had work to do in the evening.

Good location. Car parking. Good communication with the staff.

Although there was a coffee machine it didn’t have just plain black Americano coffee as an option.

This is a very lovely, immaculate little hotel, perfect location, very comfortable.

Plastic cups for the coffee and tea, didnt stand up to the heat really, very minor, but I like my tea!

Location is great

The lift is awkward and slow. Offered and request make up room, but no body came. The hitel concept is no standby staff.

The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated and all necessary amenities included in stay. WIFI good

Be aware it is located directly over a petrol station! (See google maps) The location was POOR - The site doesn't show this hotel honestly. I reported this back to my colleague who booked our work trip, and she was very disappointed to hear this.

The Rooms were absolutely spotless and very comfortable and modern with everything you need. Had a nice coffee maker in the room with a nice size TV. Walking distance to everywhere which I needed to get to on my stay as I was visiting the O2 academy.

The location was a bit surprising at first but it worked out perfect as a 24hr garage next door and a late opening burger shop literally meters away. So cannot say I disliked anything after my stay.

The location is terrible it’s underneath a petrol station. The room was not as described and this was complained about, mini bar should have been included as per the advert and pad for and was not stocked as described and was told I would get 20% discount. Bed seemed like a double. Even tho parking was free we went round in loops trying to find the car park which we ended up being directed by the hotel to go down a no entry road to a really small awkward car park. The bathroom door did not lock. From 10:35 there was continuous shouting from the hall and stomping until about 1am. We could not have the blind open for any natural day light due to the view being men washing cars being able to see right in and a mountain of filthy rubbish. I found this whole stay stressful and a waste of money.
