Hotel Holloway

What a fabulous find. The hotel is lovely. Decorated to a high standard and very clean. The bed was soooo comfortable. The little touches of slippers, snacks, towels made into swans were very well received. Ideal location for what we wanted. Will definitely be back. I was kept informed of information via WhatsApp. No problems checking in via the self-check in. If you’re looking for a one off hotel rather than a big chain this is the one for you.

Location, staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough to help.

There was the leftovers of someone’s coffee pod in the machine and the hoovering could have been better. Other than that, perfect.

very convenient for the local theatre and restaurants

The background noise of the hum of the pumps of people filling up petrol station [ throughout the night] below was a annoying. The blackout blinds let in the street light. Also the slippers [ not complimentary - seemed to be previously worn] and the sleep pack was not available. So i'm hoping we will not be charged the extra. However the staff did acknowledge that we wished to park but admitted they did not get back to us in time and we had to ask again so kindly let us park for free. A nice concession.

Clean and tidy. Parking on site and easy check in

No staff and didn’t feel very safe. Voices on the tv in the lobby kept me awake all night

A bit small And I would say it was more of an apartment rather than a hotel.
