The bed was comfortable. The accessible bathroom was roomy and very adequate

The disable access was via a steep ramp. If I had been on my own I would not have managed this as well as pressing the code to Gaia entry. The bed was pushed to the wall. The were no chairs in the room. The disabled parking was not adequate meaning our car had to be parked in a car park reachable by a steep hill. I would not have managed this on my own.

Very clean and up to date decor. Communication between owners was really good. Bed was super comfy and great location next to o2 Academy.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were lovely, parking onsite too which was very helpful. Liked the coffee machine. Absolutely gorgeous hotel!

Slightly out of the way for where we wanted to be, but not too bad of a walk. Still an amazing hotel despite this, would 100% stay again.
