Clean, cost effective, good breakfast. Ideal for an overnight stay ready for a visit to Pleasure Beach the next day.

No bar or restaurant but it said they have them on the Internet. Room was too small.breakfast was not good.would not go back

Everything was perfect, the host was very welcoming, whatever you needed he tried to help you and the breakfast was very good. We thank the host for everything. We will definitely be back.

Yes it was dated as other reviews have said, but it was clean and the service was friendly and helpful. Great value for money!

Host was very nice and accommodating. Place was good, clean and convenient, just a few minutes walk to the waterpark and pleasure beach. Apart from the squeaky floor that made us quite mindful whenever moving around the room, everything is fine. For the price and breakfast included, it’s really good value.

It was one of the worst experience I have ever had. I nearly cried when I arrived at the hotel and looked at the condition from outside but with 2 small children and after over 4 hours drive, my family and I stayed for the night just to have a break and then left the following day. It should not be described as a hotel, never mind with spa facility. I thought fawlty towers was just a comedy programme, and never expected to experience it in real life especially with 2 small children. the room was not suitable for a family and it should not meet the fire regulations and health and safety.

Promised parking for £5 but there was none so we got hit for expensive parking nearby. Claims to be 3* hotel - I'd say a 1* more likely. Property is very tired, room/bathroom is very small. Receptionist was absolutely clueless about anything and made me fill in a burdensome form with totally unnecessary information being asked. It's close to the pleasure beach but not a salubrious area, even by Blackpool standards.

Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. Somewhat dated but great for the price.

Lovely host unfortunately one of the other guests was very noisy all night. Lovely breakfast
