Made to feel welcome from the lovely friendly owner.Room Cosy, clean and comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. Can highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

The property was very clean and staff were helpful but it would help if it stated there was no parki g available on there webpage

The hotel was very good very close to the pleasure beach.The manager was very good he was a family member. He coukdnt do enough to help throughout the visit.

Never stayed before but was pleasantly surprised. The host was very hospitable. Good breakfast and very clean and comfy. It is a little dated but the owner is very aware of this and is modernising. It's in a great location with The Pleasure Beach, South Pier and the Beach right on the doorstep. Despite this the road itself is quiet. Will definitely be staying again.

Nice cosy room and friendly proprietor. Very handy for Blackpool Pleasure Beach theme park 2 minutes away.

No toiletries but didnt matter as no hot water in shower. No cereal at breakfast and luke warm food. Not an inviting place to stay though you get what you pay for.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Blackpool for the Air Show. Nice hotel, very reasonably priced. Currently in the process of being renovated and updated by new owners. Located just a few minutes walk from the pleasure beach and South Pier. The tram stops right outside the pier/pleasure beach which takes you into Central Pier/The Tower, or further on, a day ticket is just £6 for an adult. Staff at the hotel are amazing, friendly and helpful. A cooked breakfast is included, as is wifi. There is no parking at the hotel, but free parking can be found in the streets nearby, or pay and display car parks are reasonably priced and just a short walk away from the hotel. I will definitely be returning here soon for a weekend away to see the illuminations.

Room was clean but no need for 2 large beds in. Was not much room, toilet door only opened a bit because of the bed,toilet didn't flush properly, tv was on the floor.Breakfast was nice and hot and owner was very nice.
