The Berry Boutique

The room was situated very near to the lake and just over the road from a pub that served food all day , and the area was very peaceful and quiet. booking in and out was easy and convenient.

Only two criticisms the door to the room had a handle and lock that felt like it wasn't very secure and needs addressing more complaints will come from other guests, also the light in the bathroom didn't work but to the owners credit they did supply a motion censored temporary replacement that was adequate. finding the property was a bit difficult could do with a bigger sign outside property.

It location is superb, 2 minutes from the beautiful Lake Windermere, where we enjoyed the boat trips.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, the kitchen/ dining area was always clean and fully equipped with a selection of teabags, coffee, milk sugar etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Berry Boutique Hotel. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a room with a lovely view, which made our experience even more special. The room was beautiful, clean, and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly approachable and accommodating. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time and needed a place to keep our belongings. Since our room was already available, the host went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated.

Central, clean location in Bowness Windermere. Really nice staff.

Small room and little wardrobe space. Toilet seat was broken.

A nice balcony, easy access to shops, restaurants, public transportation and lake

My bathroom too small and dark
