Food was really nice.

Swimming pool miles away from sauna and steam room. Room wasn't the cleanest. No TV remote in room and after multiple calls to reception only got sorted after a couple of hours. Room miles from reception and had to make 3 trips to reception as door wouldn't unlock.

Nothing

Rubbish dumped all around the grounds of the hotel. Reception told me on check out I would be contacted regarding my stay. No one’s contacted me.

Did not have breakfast

I paid £18.50 for meals and was provided with a hot, spicy meals, in a packed kaylight which was not value for money, not all of us eat hot food, no option was given. The head chef responded that thats what we have for you. 18 pounds is a lot of money, we could have head a decent simple set menu or a buffet meal, got sick with spicy food, some declined to eat but had paid. In future do not accept if you do not the capacity to feed proper meals for conference. The lady at reception unhappy on 5 April morning shift, she does not greet guests at all. She looks upset. Hospitality is all about kindness. Having worked in hospitality for 15 years IHG holiday inns i know what to expect from hospitality industry.

The breakfast was amazing

The lift was broken. And Maintenance could be better

The building itself is beautiful and check in was very smooth

The walls are so thin between rooms that I could hear the man in the next room snoring all night When checking out I don't want asked about my stay. Simply had the key card taken off me and the lady behind the desk walked off.
