We like the facts of the location was lovely it had good views it was clean it was friendly staff whose lovely the pool was to die for the sauna the food that ambience everything it was just lovely the the facilities the spasm into the sauna it was just all lovely

The massage we paid for was ok. Shame there was no deal on when you was there.

It was not clean. Room filthy. Restaurant was very unclean. Not enough staff on anywhere. Including reception and bar. Was left 2 tea 2 coffee 6 milk and no sugar and no spoon. One toilet roll and two towels and a floor towel for a 3 night stay.

The spa facilities were brilliant, however was told discount would be applied due to staying at the hotel however when we went to purchase package we was told no discount. However, the restaurant was lovely, staff was friendly, lovely room, comfy bed and always a bonus when the bar is relatively cheap.

There was an event on at the venue and really loud music playing until gone 12/1am… we was not told about this, considering how close the venue is to the hotel rooms. I was woken up by a women shouting and screaming next door at around 1/2am, could hear her word for word so the walls are quite clearly paper thin.
