Scalloway Hotel

We had to spend another night on Shetland due to our flight being cancelled. The manager could not have been more helpful. He liaised with the airport and organised 4 rooms for our party of stranded visitors. The manager went above and beyond to help us. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and then a delicious meal in the restaurant. The room very very clean and comfortable. The receptionists in the evening and in the morning were absolutely lovely. Scalloway is a lovely place to visit and we are very grateful to have been able to stay in the Scalloway Hotel.

The staff were excellent even through a period when the local wireless network went down. the staff took this in their stride, Gwen the owner was excellent, Cally was doing a great job similarly to chris and all the staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service

This was an amazing hotel and although we only had a one night stay, I would definitely recommend.

An amazing hotel. Really comfortable rooms with great views. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious food both breakfast and dinner. The place to stay on Shetland!
